1. Ordering and Payment

A: You can order in two ways:

  • Through Website:
    1. Browse our collection.
    2. Click “Add to Cart” or “Order Now”.
    3. Fill in your details and complete payment securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
  • Through WhatsApp:
    1. Click the “Order on WhatsApp” button on a product page.
    2. Send us the product name & quantity.
    3. We’ll confirm availability and share payment details.
    4. Pay via UPI, Bank Transfer, or QR Code.

Once payment is received, we’ll process and ship your order. 🚀

A: Not right now — all orders must be prepaid. COD may be added in the future.

A: Yes! All transactions go through Razorpay or verified UPI/Bank details. Always confirm payment details with us on WhatsApp before paying.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • A: Yes! We deliver PAN India — from big cities to small towns.

A:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 7–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 12 business days

  • On Website: Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
  • On WhatsApp: We’ll tell you the cost before confirming your order.

A: Once shipped, we’ll send your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can check it on the courier’s website.

A: Message us on WhatsApp 📲 and we’ll investigate with the courier.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

A: Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival, or
  • You receive the wrong product.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor defects or variations (common in collectibles)
  • Buyer’s remorse

A: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or partial refund, depending on the damage.

A: No, once paid, cancellations are not possible.

4. Products & Quality

A: No. We sell high-quality, unlicensed anime figures — affordable collectibles for fans.

A: Each item is quality-checked before packing. We also use secure packaging to prevent damage.

A: Small variations in color or details may happen due to manufacturing. If the difference is major, send us photos and we’ll review.

5. Pre Orders & Special Requests

A: Pay in advance to reserve your figure. Once stock arrives, we’ll ship it immediately.

A: Yes! Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll try sourcing it for you.

6. Bulk Orders & Discounts

A: Yes! Buying 3 or more figures qualifies for special discounts. Message us for details.

A: Absolutely! We offer wholesale pricing for resellers. Contact us for details.
