1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:
✔ Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ You request a return within 7 days of delivery.
✔ The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (just like how collectors keep their treasures ✨).

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or “I don’t like this character anymore” reasons.
• Opened, used, or handled items (true otaku keep their merch safe 💎).
• Minor packaging dents that don’t affect the actual product.

2. Return Process

Here’s how to initiate a return:
1️⃣ Email us at otakuhavencares@gmail.com or connect with us on +919284062282 with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

2️⃣ Wait for our approval within 2-3 business days.
3️⃣ Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. The item must be shipped back within 7 days.

📦 Return Shipping:

• If it’s our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll cover shipping.
• Otherwise, the customer takes care of shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for:

• Items returned in poor/used condition.
• Unauthorized returns without our approval.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. But don’t worry—just request a refund and place a new order for your favorite item. (Think of it like upgrading to the next season of your anime 😅).
