2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed via WhatsApp and our website.
• We currently accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking) and PayPal.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time but may be introduced later.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship PAN India.
• Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location. (Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen events.)
• A delivery fee applies and will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you (so you can follow your order’s journey like an anime quest 🚀).

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product), Otaku Haven will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to any other reason (change of mind, wrong order placed by customer), the customer bears the return shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
